Borrow From Another Library

Interlibrary Loan Program (ILL) allows you to check out a book that is not in our collection. Simply fill out the form located on this page.

Our library is connected to other libraries throughout the state and nation. If you can't find an item in this library, ask library staff to help you get it from another library.

Stating the author & title will utilize our ability to request a copy of the book for you. You will be notified once the book has arrived and can check it out directly from us and then return to us.

The State Library of Iowa is supporting Iowa libraries by facilitating ILL delivery via a van service in partnership with the Area Education Agency network. As a result, this service is now offered free of charge. However, this means ILL may be filled at a different speed than previously experienced. Please reach out to library staff if you have issues with ILL books.
