How to Participate

Learn about becoming active in the Homebound program.

If you, or a loved one, are unable to travel to the Glenwood Public Library due to health reasons, we may still be able to provide you with library service.  Our “Homebound Delivery Service,” ran by library volunteers, is specifically designed for individuals who are physically unable to visit the library. We pull materials of interest, check them out to the individual, and a volunteer delivers the items and picks up returned items on a bi-weekly basis. If you’d like to sign up for this service, or sign-up to be a volunteer delivery driver, please call Linda Greenwood at (712) 527-5252.

This resource is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by State Library of Iowa.
